Hsinyu's (Julia's) visit to Paris with her mom opened her eyes to the power of good food and she's been hooked ever since. She is now a vegetarian but strives to make food that omnivores will appreciate as well. She hopes to one day contribute her skills in the kitchen to a cause meaningful to society.
